* ansi-color.el: Delete unused escape sequences (Bug#6085).
(ansi-color-drop-regexp): New constant.
(ansi-color-apply, ansi-color-filter-region)
(ansi-color-apply-on-region): Delete unrecognized control sequences.
(ansi-color-apply): Build string list before calling concat.
